Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity is at the core of our culture. Our ModoHR Culture Code states that, “Diversity and inclusion, is what makes us stronger.” At ModoHR, we are committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive of all people and their individual differences. 

We believe that our team members are the most important assets in building ModoHR as both a successful company and desirable employer. Our goals are to attract and retain a diverse workforce, to develop policies and practices that fully use the human potential, create a sense of belonging, and to build equity for our employees, contractors, vendors and partners.    

To this end, we have developed a dedicated website to support all Canadians that feel marginalized, as we believe everyone deserves a fair  chance.  Empower Canada also supports Canadian organizations, and we will continue to evolve this initiative with new resources and partners. ModoHR and our partners are actively advancing Empower Canada. We know that implementing and fostering diversity and inclusion is an ongoing journey that takes sustained commitment.
